Job description: A Product Analyst will perform requirement gathering, design and management of new, existing or acquisition products. Working with technical teams to analyze and share feasibility of product requirements.
-Requirement gathering/ elicitation and interacting with multiple business stakeholders -Translate the business requirement into system requirement and design -Work with product design, technical teams to understand product feasibility and define solutions -To demonstrate detailed reports and documentation, which demands excellent writing skills -Follow Agile/ SCRUM methodologies -To perform high level User Acceptance Testing (UAT) -Assist in the deployment and support case reviews of new products/features -To conduct market research and analysis Desired Candidate Profile Experience: 2+ years as a Product Analyst Should have exceptional organizational skills, have great time management skills, be able to prioritize, be detail oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong knowledge and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Critical thinking skills to recommend original and productive ideas Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders who may have competing interests Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable goals Candidates with the knowledge on following topics would be given preference: Previous experience working with Product based organization US or Indian Healthcare domain knowledge: EHR/EMR, HIS/HMIS, EDI, HL7, ICD codes, Provider or Payer side workflows, Billing RCM Understanding of software development approaches like BDD, TDD Technical background (Coding/ Database/ SQL knowledge) would be a strong plus
