Job Title: Hiring Training Team Lead-HCC Coding (15) Location Hyderabad/chennai/coimbatore Experience: 1-5 Years Skills optional: HCC Skills Mandatory: CPC or equivalent valid coding certification Job Description “Role/Key Accountabilities Able to lead a process coach team in night shift and sharing daily reports to superiors Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through TNI, audit & retro audit reports & consultation with Operation managers Develop individualized and group training programs for the associates that address specific operations needs Develop training manuals that target tangible results Implement effective and purposeful training methods Need to ensure that training is meeting operation needs and improving the quality % of the associates Assess employees skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement Motivate & inspire team members, led by setting good example Effectively communicate with team members, PCs, management. Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties training for freshers & cross training for the lateral Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training Need to involve in client calls & act as a point of contact for the resolution of the queries & complaints from external & internal clients Team Management/Conflict Management/Client Management Desired Candidate Profile Should have minimum 5 years of coding experience and deep knowledge on HCC Current domain associated should be HCC Strong knowledge in ICD 10 CM & HCC coding with good communication and leadership skills Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA Positive attitude & Open for learning Able to train a team Good in verbal & written English communications Flexible to travel to other location for training As on need basis, ready to work in shifts & open for weekend working, coding ,coaching & auditing Perform Audit the Auditor (Retro Audits), Internal Quality Analysis – Provide Feedbacks & External Quality Analysis Roles and Responsibilities Education Any Graduate
